All House of Silk LLC products are delicately wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packed in our signature House of Silk LLC boxes, making them ideal for gifting.

Shipping Coverage

HOUSE OF SILK LLC currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as UPS or DHL to ensure secure and timely delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment
    Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $15
  • Free Shipping: On orders $100 and above

Applicable shipping fees and free shipping eligibility are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Order processing time is typically 1–2 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delivery Disclaimer

HOUSE OF SILK LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier with valid tracking information, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Bespoke or made-to-order items require additional preparation time.

  • Please allow up to 9 additional business days for processing before shipment

Estimated delivery times begin after the item has shipped.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

HOUSE OF SILK LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

In such cases, customers must contact the carrier directly.
