Refund policy

We want you to love your House of Silk LL purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept eligible returns under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties
  • Bodysuits
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected for the refund to be processed
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

How to Start a Return

  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  3. Include the invoice or order reference inside the package
